I received a call from the call centre regarding a call back i sent. As per the sms sent to my phone the person they looking for is Tshilidizi. When i got the call back i tried explaining to the agent to please remove this number from that profile as it is my number. The call center agent hangs up while im speaking to him. WOW. Nice service. And seeing that i am an existing client i will not also be cancelling my own policy with them as they have no manners.
