You call ME and YOU drop the phone??

I just received a call from an agent from FNB. She firstly called me SIR, while you should know as your client I am a MRS. Then she went ahead to tell me its a courtesy call from FNB, so I asked her what its about, she again said a courtesy call, I said yes I understand that, but what is it about, insurance or what? she said I must give her time to talk, so I said you keep saying the same thing, its a courtesy call... about what!? I don't have the whole day to listen to agents who cant get to the point... so she drops the call... what the??? DONT phone me if you DONT know who I am... KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER FNB! And DONT phone me if you DONT want to tell me what the call is about!! Teach your agents to handle the pressure! Seems like you need a good Call Centre Manager!
