I was at the Greenstone branch on Saturday (13 July 2013) where all the ladies that helped me were more than efficient and willing to help me. I signed the contract for a loan and was told within 24 business hours i would have feedback. I have been following up with the branch, yet they cant help me any further as they have had no feedback themselves. It has been 4 days of waiting and wondering what is going on with my response. Please could someone attend to this complaint as i have been banking with yourselves for the last 2 years and have never had an issue until now and would not like to take my business elsewhere.
