Lost my money

My card was at my place while I was at work bcause i left my wallet at home know i call in the call center to block the acc after the first two transactions I had to was for about 10 minutes to get someone to answer my call by the time someone answered my call the all the money I had was withdrawon from my acc.
Tell me is it our problem if heckers and sindicates can penetrate through your systems? How can R4500 vanish into thin air within the matter of minutes? I had to go to a loan to pay for my grocery, rent and other expenses.
The one of the investigators tell me that it is a NO PAY CASE, NO pay case my foot and do you think I can give my Pin code to any one? That is like saying I trust my friend with my girl friend.
AM i to be blammed for your bank loosing my money and for your call center not answering the call in mtime to block the cards?

I want my money even if its the third of it i stuill want it I WORKED FOR THAT MONEY.
Haven't I SUFFERED ENOUGH WITH MY FAMILY?
