Most Irritating, Disgusting & illiterate Service

Direct Axis can be very iritating & annoying with their adverts, mails in our boxes and now cards for application to loans. But once we decide to apply, they are full of. They are one of the most F... Up loan that south africa may have. They ask papers for africa & very rude. They informed us that we qualify for R100, 000 so we ask R40, 000 for purchase of car which would be paid off in 2 months time due to receiving of pension fund to the value of R120, 000.00. Now it is a trainsmash for the loan via the stupid call centre people asking continuously for different documents everyday & promising 24hr turn around. It is becoming very annoying on this side.
