Are we as clients not importand?

On behalf of my parents: They submitted a claim for a water leak to be fixed, the leak was fixed by the external company but the job on this claim has not yet been completed. And they are getting a run around.
On this one claim, they had to remove paving bricks, and they never replaced the paving, but got the excess paid to them. Now who is going to be putting this paving back, as it is and was part of the fix and of the one claim put in.

They try to phone HOC, then gets put through from one person to the next. My mother cannot speak English, when she asks to speak to someone to help in Afrikaans, the phone gets put down in her ear. When she takes a person's name, and phones again to speak to that person, then suddenly the person does not exist. Are you running a circus in the Home owners insurance branch?

Last chance before I take this matter further. They are old, and do not need this kind of stress and issues. Is there someone that can help? Waiting...
