Hi took a car insurance with Anderson insurance more than 1year 6months ago based on trust that incase of trouble with my car they will be available to assist me through out and it will save me money along the trouble. I have paid my premiums as agreed upon and furtherly trusted them as they promised to assist if trouble striked. Which it did, two months back I was involed in an accident where a taxi bumped to a car which was at the back of my car and the care which was at the back bumped in to me, my car was damaged badly which caused the steering reck to not work n couldn't use my car. I claimed with my insurance and submitted all required documentation, had known to pay am access of 2500 however they demanded me to pay an access of 10 012.07 which was not in my budget and nor did I know about it. I did not have the amount but yet I raised an amount of 7500 and payed it so that they can so long fix my car while I raise the remaining amount of 2512.07 because needed a care for work purses And I was told I can't have the courtesy car till I pay pay the full amount required, well I payed the remaining amount and they further want me to pay 550 non refundable to get the courtesy ca
