Yet another disappointment from 24hr mobility. After they finally replaced my phone and this is after a week of mails & calls (which all were made by me) and there I was thinking that the nightmare was finally over. Yep I was kidding myself, CA Cell provided a phone which had to be taken back because according to them I had to go and upload the software a month later the phone died on me a week later Tania (manager) told me that she will make sure I get my phone after 2day this after they failed to collect the phone from me as they promised a& in her own words "1 day won't kill you". Now I go back to the source of origin Tshireletso who reads my mails and fails to respond & doesn't even want to take responsibility
