This afternoon myself & other customers were waiting in a queue for the enquiries, Siya was regulating the customers in and out of the container bank, there was one person before me and two or three others after me. After waiting for half an hour in the queue, a woman was dropped off in front of the bank with her KFC, she sat next to me. When Siya saw her, he let her jump the queue, I immediately questioned him about it and his response to me was that she was first, the customer started shouting at me as well as Siya and I was chased out of the bank by Aldez because I was apparently upsetting her customers, I asked her for the complaints tel no and she said that there is no complaints tel no and I must just sit and wait my turn. When other members of staff returned from lunch and heard what had happened they immediately took action and allowed the lady before me to go in and then myself and the KFC lady had to wait her turn. When she got in the bank, her, Siya and Aldez took me on again in the bank while I was being assisted by a consultant. Two of the consultants told them that what they did was wrong and that I was right. I was humiliated and felt threatened and afraid.
