My car was broken into two weeks ago. Two windows were smashed and removed by the. After claiming to have the windows repaired, I have been given the run around by Windscreen Direct (who seem to be contracted to Virgin Insurance). Promises after promises ensued but no repairs have been undertaken. In the meantime I'm driving around in a car that's missing two windows - its dangerous and freezing! I have contacted Virgin Insurance on numerous occasions to escalate the problem and to notify them of bad service by a contractor they chose to deal with. To date... nothing except a new policy update! This is certainly NOT insurance as it should be!!! I'm so irritated, I'm moving my insurance! Shelley
