Mutual and Federal refuse to pay what is quoted

I was involved in a fender bender more than a month and a half ago Which was entirely not my fault.

I decided to go directly through the fellow who hit me's insurers as a third party claim, as I feel justified that it is unnecessary to involve my own insurers.

The complete lack of service and consultant availability is astounding. The responsible person, Uhuru (singular like Madonna or Cher) is never available and an assessor has not even been appointed yet. This might be a third party claim, but is a service that their client is paying for!!!

Now after my initial complaint I have been notified that MF will only pay according to their discretion as their assessor feels that the 5 quotes i have supplied are all overpriced and I am left with the only option of paying in money for an accident that was not my fault.

I have contacted my lawyer because I am done!!!
