Standard Bank listed me for an account that has been paid up, yet NO ONE in entire department can assist me with resolving this! I have sent proof of payment/correspondence/voice calls relating to this dispute in October 2012, yet i am still waiting for feedback! My home loan application has been declined four times due to this, but because it doesn't affect any of the staff at that bank..no one seems to care!
Raelene Rossouw, I believe manages this division of the bank. As a consumer in this market, i wonder why you are being paid a salary?
