It is was with great disgust that I learnt this morning that Virgin Money (with whom I have been with for years) with notification or statement decreased the limit on my credit card - brilliant service :( Upon enquiry with the call centre they advised this is because my account is in arrears. According to Lorraine my statment cycle ran last night and now I owe R1204. According to my last statement dated 20/12/2012 the minimum amount of R1204.00 was due before 14/01/2013. On 20/12/2012 I paid R8000.00 on my account - so please can someone with enough intelligence explain to my how my account can now be in arrears whereas I always pay my account around the 28th of each month but because we were paid ealier in December I made the payment ealier. This type of service makes me sick to my stomach - BAD SERVICE - BAD ATTITUDE - BAD TASTE!!!
