I did mobile banking from my capitec account to my sister on the 28th of June but like everyone else I missed a digit and the funds went to someone else. Immediately I call the call centre and spoke to Linda who advised she will call me back but never heard from her. Again I logged a call and was advised that they cnt get hold of that person n strangely they dont hv alternative numbers how stupid is that I tried to reverse it immediately bt no luck. They said I will hv to wait till that sumbody decides to go any branch so they gt permission from him I am so not impressed with the service capitec is rendering. This clearly mean if that person decides to contact them in a year its fine with them then im not serviced accordingly as their client. I am not happy n would not recommend the bank and I will be moving my account to FNB dnt want anything to do with them!
