Last week Monday I picked up on transactions committed on my cheque account over the weekend. I immediately phoned ABSA to stop the account with all the processes involved. Tuesday their department contacted me with regard to investigating the relevant case. On Thursday, beyond my wildest expectations, they refunded me in full. Thanks for the brilliant service and helpful staff.
