At the beginning of July 2013 i discovered that i was triple insured on my vehicle: A & G business, A & G personal and at Out Surance for a lengthy period of time. I contacted the A & G call centre, apoke to Thelma and within a few minutes she arranged for a refund and 3 days later i received the refund in my bank account.
