Thelma from Spec Savers in Northgate, OMW! What a wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful lady. Customer Service at it's best. I am SO chuved that there are actually people that still care. Thelma has been keeping me in the loop with trying to find replacement sunglasses for my broken ones, she has definitely gone the extra mile. A lot can take a huge example from her. I sure hope she keeps it up.
