Refund due to me

I had an account that CPUT listed me which I paid and settled on the 18.05.2013. I have been in communication with Thandi since the 06 June 2013. I had a garnish order on my name and she arranged with the client (CPUT) to confirm account is settled. Now they still deducted an amount of R450.00 from my employer on the 25.05.2013. This is the amount I have been discussing with Thandi. I have been promised a turn-around time of 2 weeks which is now not known. Craig also emailed and confirmed that they cannot confirm turn around time because they has moved to new systems which are not working properly as should and I should just wait. This is not enough for me. I mean each department is aware even if it technical error how long that will be fixed. I am highly irritated by the incompetency I have been shown regarding this matter. I just want my money so that I can close this matter. I never want to be in a situation where I have to deal with this company. What is worse their call centre is always engaged and they have a permanent voice-mail that promises call backs. I want my money and they must remove the judgement on my name with ITC.
