I spoke to a Clientele agent by the name of Lerato Malebo on the 14/03/2013 to start a cover with them and all was discussed with them and the debit order date I selected with them was the 1st of every month. Now to my surprise I get an sms from my bank that an amount of R 222 was billed off my account by CLIENTELE. I give them a call to rectify the matter and explaining my reasons why I have chosen the 1st for my debit order and how I need the money.

I have asked them to refund the R 222 back into my account and close this policy, clearly these are the kind of issues I am to be faced up with during the cover with them. I will rather take my business else where! Now to get me irritated they want to take time off my work and go to my bank for a bank statement - at who's expense I asked them and they cannot answer me!

They can easily check on their systems for the bill that went off my account and rectify this matter ASAP and turn turn this unhappy situation around...
