Can some please give me some info about my account. I just got the SMS saying the Dept review will be terminated and an urgent payment is required. The proposals were sent by my debt counselor and the COB confirmed that the balance is Zero with my ID and now the payment is expected. I have also consulted my debt counselor, Sandile Makhaya is also not responding to emails or phone calls. Can someone please correct the situation.
African Bank letter of confirmation that, I don't have any balance due to them was sent and now all things change, please assist with resolution.
