Disgusted and fed up with putrid service at cput

My son applied at cput in cape town last year and we were told to check online from December to see whether he was accepted. I started checking religiously from late November and eventually by the second week in December his status showed he was not accepted for his second choice and his first choice was full. My son has a trust fund which was left for him by my late husband, his father, for him to study further. Apparently a Mrs Ismail at cput was in contact with Alexander Forbes and an amount of R16, 000 was paid to cput on the 1st November 2013 already and I had no knowledge of this. Nobody had the decency to ph me as my nr was obtainable from cput and my sons nr was on his application form. Why accept all the money when they knew he had not been accepted yet and why did no one inform me that refunds were closing at the end of November? I went to cput on the 13th dec 2013 where I was told by a very impolite lady to come back March 2014 which I refuse to accept! I am a single parent trying to make ends meet and now my son is home as there is no money to do a course or something for this year. I have been in contact with them for 3 weeks now and no one responds! PLEASE HELP!!!
