Brain dead, working for FNB in Rustenburg

On Mon 8 Jul we went to FNB boom str. Rustenburg branch, to buy pounds as my son is going to work in London. 1 hour at collections in que, Doreen told us tellers. 45 min there they told us to make an appointment. Made 1 for Tues at Waterfall mall Branch! 2 hours in que: THEY HAVE NO Pounds. Thandi there told us he can use his Visa card in London, I asked her to inform FNB that he will be using his card there and UP the daily limit, change his email and cell no. Guess what? his card is BLOCKED and his e-mail is WRONG and His cell no WAS NOT changed. tHANDI AND SUPERVISER send us back to boom str on Wed to collect pounds, from guess who? DOREEN... She told us she can"t give us the POUNDS without a visa in his SA passport, we explained he has a european passport and he does NOT NEED a Visa. We left without the pound and the travel card we requested! Rude, Unhelpfull, Arrogant and rassist...
