Online Banking Frustrations

What the hack went wrong with the upgrading of your online banking platform. For the whole weekend I couldn't access any of my accounts. Your call center did not answer ANY of my calls. You are becoming just as complacent as the other banks!!! You should be ashamed of yourself this morning after the inconvenience of so many customers.
