I had a car accident claim and the excess payment had to be recovered from the other party. Conraad relentlessly continued to do the recovery. Where I gave up, he gave me courage. He gave continuous feedback via phone or email. Which was amazing to me as feedback to customers are very rare in today's times. He has continued constantly kept up to recover the excess payment. Previously I lost two excess payments at Outsurance as there were not enough motivation. This is clear evidence that it makes a BIG difference who handles your claim and not always where you are insured. Conraad you astounded me you are an incredible asset to OT. Thank you for all your hard work done!! much appreciated. WISH YOU COULD RETRIEVE THE OTHER 2 EXCESS PAYMENTS I LOST.
