I arrived at Capitec Keywest wanting help with my internet banking when the lady who was working the front pushed me when I explained what was wrong she also asked me in a rued manner why I took internet banking if I never used it. Then on my way out she said to me (paraphrasing) ''Don't come back again" She was rued and treated me like I was stupid.
