I had a cheque account with FNB with i had to close due to Unauth dedcutions. The day i went to close the account it was in Arrears with R -300, i was told to pay over money everymonth to get this settled with i was prepaired to do. On that same day i opened a new account, but never got the time to go to the FNB to get a new card, so this account was never activated. On friday i received a call from a very rude collections agent telling me the account is now in arrears with R2000.00 I will never pay this never. Everything on the account should have been stopped. Then i bought a Tablet through FNB aswell i am being billed for a 10 inch and i received a 7 inch. I told them to get their billing correct then i will pay the account i will not pay for something that was not received. This Johannes had one Bad attitude he seriously need to get another job not working with clients.
