I want to take this opportunity to appreciate the kind of service that I received from Queen, I called on Saturday 13 July 2013 regarding MU cellphone insurance policy which needed to be updated. I left a message on the system and she called me first thing in the morning of 15 July 2013.

What touched me about this wonderful lady is that she listened to me very attentively, she was able to provide me with the history of my policy and also advised on what needed to done. She allowed me time to ask whatever question I had with regard to my policy, This was the first time in a long time that I was given respect by an insurance consultant in South Africa.

Queen have passion for her work, she knows what customer care is, she deserves any accolade because initially when I called I had a mission to cancel the policy but queen was able to allay my fears and retained me.

May the wonderful protect her and the entire team because people like her are very rare in the South African insurance industry. She changed the way I used to view customer care in the industry. I continue to be with miway because of her passion to change the face of customer care.
