Is there anyone left at Standard Bank with even just half a brain cell? If such a person does exist then please assist me with updating a postal address on my investment statements as I have been battling since 19 August 2011. This is my 3rd post on this site and still nothing has been done. I have contacted the Call Centre numerous times and even been into a branch and still nobody seems to have a clue on how to update an address. After posting on Hellopeter the bank's staff are quick to contact you but still nothing gets done.
