Shocking service - Std Bank Insurance

Reported lightning strike on our electric fence energiser and gate on 5 Feb - was told by Standard Bank to get a quote and submit. Did so on the 7th Feb and to date no response at all. Numerous phone calls and emails from myself and my husand - only response was on the 15 Feb - sms to give me assessors details based IN JOHANNESBURG (we are in Durban) i called the number on the sms and incorrect -number does not exist!
Called call centre again and was cut off by the consultant! Called back again and had to wait in the queue AGAIN still no response, shocking shocking service
