On 21st June 2013 I emailed a refund request to Rodney. I followed up on 28th June, 9 and 10 July and got NO response from Rodney although I get a read receipt every time. Calling his extension only results in a no reply, so no luck there. I then called in asking for the number of a supervisor or manager and was told to try and reach one on one of the 5 extensions I now have. Needless to say, no answer on any of these numbers.
