This cell phone complaint was given to you in March 2013! You guys are a joke! This matter is still not sorted out to date (14 June 2013) despite my wife making numerous attempts by sitting in CNA for hours. We have had no assistance from MTN or CNA. The store manager of CNA told my wife that she does not want to write it off from her stock, then told my wife that Rodney Govender who is the Senior Accounts Manager of MTN is flirting with her (the store manager) telephonically whilst the complaint is being handled! The store manager told my wife that Rodney Govender from MTN did not want to help with the query until the store manager entertained his flirting! Rodney wants to know where the store manager is from and if he can meet her in Pmb for a date? What a disgrace! Talk about being professional! I have handed this matter over to my attorney! I am not going to beg CNA or MTN anymore! I will never buy another MTN product or support CNA again!
