Still have not been paid my refund

Went to centurion mall branch and the stuff attitude is so bad there, was treated as if they doing me a favour when i was enquring about my account that they keep deducting and told will be paid back but no one knows when.christian cloete and miss chile promise me that everything was sorted the first time and when last month the money was taken was told oh no it could take about 3months before stop order is cancelled and worse of all no one has contacted me on why till this day have not been payed.service there is not even bad but it does not exist at all.
