Bad service and attitude

Firstly they debited my account twice, I then applied for a refund but i waited for three weeks without payment then i decided to pay my account off.

Secondly i paid off my account on the 15th July 2013 and requested for my debit order to be cancelled, to my surprise month end the debit order went through. When I go back to the store for refund they told me to wait for two days, when I go back after two days they told me to wait for 7 days for my money. Their attitude and service makes me sick. I wouldn't recommend anyone to that store.
