Terrible Service from entire branch

Visited the branch for a simple increase on my credit card on the 9/07/13 and the consulatant failed to update/verify my work details. No feedback obtained by COB and I then had to call the next day for an update only to be told it was an issue with my banking details, had i not called in guess nobody would have contacted me. Another trip to the useless branch on the 11/07/13 to sign documents, next day still no word on my application and another telephone call to the branch only to find they called my previous employer to confirm employment. The consultant responsible did not update the work details thus confirming employment with the wrong company and asked to speak to manager of the branch but got passed to somebody else... a simple request to speak to manager cannot be understood by staff at this branch. Saturday visit to the branch to fix THEIR mess at my expense, told i now do not get to increase my credit card limit but get a short term loan instead. My arguement was had it been done correctly this could have been avoided. Please update ur systems to accept Neotel telephone numbers as it does not recoginise it as a valid landline for work details. What do they up now???
