We have been trying since 20 June to get cancellation figures for a bond in order to proceed with the transfer of a property that has been sold. This is holding up the issue of guarantees and preventing the deal of going ahead. First we were given "holds on the account" answer, (which thankfully your friendly and extremely helpful retail staff at Clearwater branch helped sort out) now we are receiving NO response. My lawyer has been trying to phone and e-mail the people responsible, but to no avail.
This is really a very bad reflection of the type of support service you provide as I doubt that I will ever make use of Nedbank's services again.
