Terrible Service!

A client from outsurance drove into my car and it took outsurance 3 weeks to do an assessment on my car (being without a car the whole time since the accident) my car is ready but i cannot pick it up as takes outsurance 6-8 weeks to pay me the amount of the accident i asked Bheki if he is going to give me a car then as this waiting period is pathetic hes reply was..." WE DONT OFFER NON PREMIUM PAYERS A SERVICE" repeated it " YOU DONT PAY US A PREMIUM, SO WE DONT OFFER YOU A SERVICE" i then said with that attitude i refuse to pay you anything..."YOU DONT NEED TO, BUSINESS IS BOOMING" if this problem is not sorted out, i WILL go to the newspapers and spread the word of terrible service. I have in the meantime cancelled my outsurance as i refuse to deal with imbeciles, SO MUCH FOR BENDING OVER BACKWARDS!! Up to date i still havent received ANY final settlement letter regarding what theyll be paying and to sign so we can sort it out!
