I am highly disappointed by the lack of feedback given by Wesbank. Last week Tuesday I called the call center to inquire what documentation Wesbank would need in order to wrap up my mothers estate. I was told to send a series of documentation to the service email. I sent all the requested documentation to the legal deceased and the service e-mail. I did not receive any feedback. I then called the call center twice and re submitted the documentation 3 days later. Once again I called the deceased legal offices and have still not received any assistance regarding this matter. It is a real shame that Wesbank shows absolutely no interest in assisting clients with this already difficult task of wrapping up the estate of a loved one. One would expect that this department would be the most understanding and empathetic however this is sadly not the case. I am sorely disappointed by the lack of customer service here.
