I have been trying with no success to get Anna-Marie to respond to emails and phone calls. I have received calls from creditors informing me that they are in the process of issuing summons due to non-payment. They have never received any communication indicating that I am under debt review. She is aware of this, and I have explicitly requested that she sends me copies of the forms that were sent to my creditors so that I can resend, just incase they did not receive the forms! Nothing has happened, the call centre can only take your details, you are not allowed to talk to anybody but the relationship manager.
Where can we report such behavior from companies listed as legit only to put clients in a worse off situation?
Secondly, these guys are part of ADCAP, why are they quiet when such is happening? You take money out of my account and not deliver? That is!!
