Really impressed with Standard Bank

Thank you Standard bank for making it a pleasure to phone the Customer Service centre. I could understand all the options, navigated easily and I did not have to wait longer than 1 minute for a consultant to answer. All my questions were answered in a warm and friendly manner. Rather than being irritated and angry after a call centre encounter, I am left feeling positive and assured that all is well.
