In June/ July this year money was withdrawn from my account without my consent and nobody has my pin except me and is not written on any piece of paper and since June I been struggling to get feedback from standard bank, they have never given me feedback on what happened to my account and I need to know, these do not care attitude by standard bank has damaged my trust with the bank, I feel so frustrated even by hearing their name, I regret even opening so many accounts this bank, there are better banks out there that understand what good customer service means, I regret banking with standard bank and the least you can do is to tell me what happened with my money that's all I am no longer interested in having a refund, reference is 3275612 thank you
