Poor app processing/server offline/no payout 3day

It is not the first time that I am having problems with FNB, it ranges from bad service, to lack of good customer care, delay in feedback in responses, and having to call in to the branch repeatedly to speak to someone and having to wait endlessly, and eventually dropping the call. I have been in the brach on Tuesday morning to do an application, which I do qualify for. I have to add that the chick that helps me is extremely friendly and helpful, I only go to her only as she is always of great assistance even telephonically. So this complaint has nothing to do with her. Fot the past 3 DAYS she was unable to processes the application, due to the service being offline? I mean seriously for 3 days? Which mean in even circumstances of urgencies, people will have to wait on a payouts or approvals being processed due to teh server being offline? I think its really bad service, I dont think one would getthis kind of service with any other bank, in fact I have been to another bank on two occassions for financial assistance & I it was hassle free. I just figure that having banked with FNB the past few years it would make things simpler for me to get it from them. Not a great idea it seems
