A complaint have been lodged against Iwyze, they arranged for my car to be towed to a gearbox technician. Iwyze declined to have repairs done on my as per the technician's findings. On the 4 February, I emailed Iwyze (Mr Mogano) to arranged to return my car. I never got any reply from him. I also replied on an email which Lynne Alexander sent me that my car weren't returned to me. All relevant parties read my emails but nobody reply. An email have been sent to the Executives PA (Pam Lezowsky) informed about what is happening. Is there something I'm not aware of? I'm very dissappointed in the service that I'm getting from Iwyze. Pathetic and disgusting service. Treat your clients with respect and dignity. I'm still have a case pending on hellopeter for Iwyze.
