I spoke to a lady over the phone on Friday about my balance I'm not sure if she understands English but I received a text message minutes later confirming a debit order on the 25th of which I didn't confirm with her to arrange a debit order on that date. I don't even understand why it's my problem that the debit order stopped in the first place because now credit worx is bothering me with calls of which I gave them my account number to debit their money every month so that I won't be bothered by them. i tried sending numerous emails to notify them of the matter yet theres no response and some emails bounce back due to the email address not existing.
they should see to it that this misunderstanding get fixed I don't get paid on the 25th anymore, this is getting soooo frustrating
