My account was FICA blocked less than 4 months after it was opened. I received no notification of any issues with my documentation submitted. Now, me trying to find out what happened no one has a clue. How does this happen with a banking institution, where they are meant to know each and every transaction that happens? Before one apologises, one states we did this and that wrong or you did that and that wrong. Banks are not Government. When something happens on my account they should when why and how.
Please. Days of I do not know are long gone. I also logged a complaint on the 28th of June 2013 with no proper response as to what exactly happened.
