I submitted a claim for the above mentioned policy on the 7th of May this and nothing seems to be happening with regards to this claim. Whenever I call Telesure I never get the person who is handling my claim and am always told she will return my calls but not. Only when I have submitted a report on this site is the only time I will get a response from Telesure. Is this how the way to conduct business. When I opened this policy I was told about the bells and whistles which come with this policy and now this? Was this a way to lure me into purchasing this policy? What's exactly the turn around for a claim?
