POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day

I have been phoning the call centre numerous times for my ebucks card to be sent but I receive nothing.

When I call they say the card has been sent, they will cancel the sent card and issue a new one to be sent but I

just receive nothing. Please help.
