I have relocated to Durban. Been living in Durban two and half years. I went into SARS, the Umhlanga Branch.
Did my tax returns, for 2013.With all my supporting documents, log book, Rp5.
Was sent an sms, that i would be receiving a couple of thousand back from the tax man!
Received another sms, that im up for audit, on my supporting documents. Have been back twice, made copies of all supporting documents. Nothing!!
After various attemps to contact SARS. I was told they have all the documents, all i have to do is wait, anything between three and twelve Months!
Sorry this is not acceptable, as i pay all my taxes, keep a detailed log book!
Why am i having so many problems this year!
Please could i have some feedback from SARS! Not happy with the wait, and outcome!
