My card was at an ATM. This was my first encounter with such a situation, and I am really thankful for the efficiency of the staff at Standard Bank Call Centre in helping me to cancel it and order a replacement. It is great to know that even though these things happen, it is so easy to get hold of the right people to help sort it out. Thank you for maintaining a very efficient Call Centre.
