Unprofessional Waterproofing Contractors

Bad service overall from Tintinger cc Waterproofing Contractors.
No reply, only after weeks of chasing them, very unprofessional;
Bad follow up, and almost no feedback;
Waterproofing - townhouse unit patio is still leaking from 1st floor down to the main bedroom on ground floor.
Have incurred major damages due to damp coming thru bedroom wall because of ineffective waterproofing;
My complaint has been running with them since 2008, each time there is a excuse why they can not fix it.
Do not use Tintinger cc Waterproofing Contractors.
