A pipe burst in the bathroom wall in July. Outsurance was quick to send out a leak detector and various contractors to complete the work. When a QA visited the premises to check on the work, I showed him an area which still showed signs of dampness. He reported it and another leak detector was sent out and subsequently they appointed a company who installed a machine to dry the wall. Before the installation I confirmed that Outsurance would pay the electricity bill. Frans is my contact with the claim. When I submitted the account of Dry Force to him, he wanted to know what it is all about. Subsequent mails and phone calls goes unnoticed.
